RV & Tent Reservations
When you cancel your reservation 14 days or more PRIOR to your stay, your deposit can be used for a future booking within that same year.  If you cancel less than 14 days, your deposit is non-refundable.  For cancellations made 7 days or less along with NO SHOWS, the cancellation fee will be equal to the entire stay.
We understand "life happens" so we would like to give you a second chance to use your deposit!  We hope if you need to make a cancellation, you are able to do so in a timely manner and give at least a 2 week notice so we may fill your site.  

Apartment & Rental Reservations
No refunds will be given on deposits for cancellations for the rental units.  If you cancel more than 21 days prior to arrival, you will only be charged the deposit amount.  Any cancellation less than 21 days will be responsible for the entire stay.  You can move the dates on your reservation (if more than 21 day notice) and apply the deposit to that stay.  The new reservation has to be made within that same year.
